The final rule for the Food Safety Modernization Act is out, with new requirements taking effect over the next one to three years. Ethanol producers are going to need to upgrade their best management practices for distillers grains production, being sure to have a written plan for preventive controls. For most, that will mean a closer look at things like mycotoxin monitoring programs and process aid evaluations. In this webinar, hear from those preparing to help the industry comply and the people behind the educational program about to be rolled out for the ethanol industry.
